这个单子的量不大,总金额:6750美金。
由于我们做这个行业很久了,客户也是这方面的制造商,大家都对产品很熟悉。这是我们的第一次合作。到目前为止,她还有两个单子在我们公司做(一个快要交货了,还有一个确认了)。这第一次合作的货已经运到了,问题也就来了:
货物损坏了。
这是由于包装损坏。
由于一开始我们大家都没有协商要怎么包装,我们公司也是第一次做这种新产品,所以才会出现这个问题。
首先:客户问我们怎么解决。
我们老板说:应该坏掉的不大,最多是200PCS,我们愿意重新生产给对方。
我叫客户检查一下量有多少。客户很满意我们的做法。
现在:客户告知我们:所有的货都坏了。
我们老板说,不可能,客户可能夸大了。而且,包装问题一开始没有讲好,客户也有责任。希望客户能向她的客户说明,给我们一个折扣,要不就真的很惨啊,因为,客户的意思是我们还要付运费。

As you know, we are a manufacturer, when we manufacture the goods, we need to buy the material, and the cost of printing, workers' salary and etc., if we produce the goods again, we will get a huge loss. As you see: the goods, the worker's salary, the freight charge, time(It takes about 1 month from here to your company), and etc. fee. Would you please do us a favour: to talk with you customer to see if there any other solution. Say: a discount.
